Child Safety Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-16

1. Age Requirement

Endless Archer Survival is for users aged 13 and over. Accounts found to belong to someone under 13 are closed and their data deleted.

2. Zero Tolerance

We have zero tolerance for any child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAE/CSAM). When such content is detected the account is closed immediately and the matter is reported to the competent authorities.

3. Preventive Measures

• The app has no surface where users can upload content: there is no photo, video, file or free-text sharing.
• There is no user-to-user messaging, friend list or contact channel, so there is no surface for adult-to-child contact (grooming).
• Apart from a username, players cannot produce any content visible to one another.

4. Reporting

You can report a suspected violation at: safety@rettuz.com

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
